Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process the personal data you send us via the website, by phone or by e-mail, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/18).

2. What data we collect
- Contact details: full name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred way to reply.
- Ride details: pick-up location, destination, extra stops, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, flight details and any notes you enter.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request data, used temporarily to protect against abuse (rate limiting and spam checks).
Please do not enter sensitive data (e.g. about health) in the notes unless it is necessary for organising the ride.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers to run the website:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form processing.
- An e-mail delivery provider (Resend by default) — delivering your enquiry to our inbox.
- The provider of the mailbox in which we receive enquiries.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to reply and arrange the ride, and no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless we must keep it longer because of a completed service and legal obligations (e.g. accounting records). Technical records used to protect against abuse are deleted automatically within a few hours.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can send a request to the controller’s contact details in section 1.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
